people with education board in Japan or China with a scholarship!?

Where did u get ur scholarship. I've been looking online for some but I can not find what I'm looking for. if u could provide a link or point me in the right direction that would be good. I will also put under what I want to study and such. want to be a cultural anthropologist and study, mainly Asian countries. and now I'm in the first half of community college for most of my core classes done (history, English, mathematics and science). i should do at the end of this year. anyway i wanted study in Japan or China in the spring of 2010. i want to enroll in a language class soon so I can start to learn something of the language but wants to find what the country i am going to pick first. I want to be able to stay for at least one country for 6 months to a year if possible, but if I can not then a semester or two would be nice.

"Well, I'm not sure how is your country, but in my country i have the application forms from the Embassy of Japan, so I think it would be the best way to find out about programs scholarships they have.
