I want to sell antiques. What is the best way to get a fair price for them and get an appraisal?

I have a lamp Victorian Cranberry Oil, a tea set China Grimwade (4 cups and saucers, teapot, cream sugar and tray). the glasses are very rare, which are almost square (rounded edges). And many other parts. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
