Blackjack: Learn Its age
The origin of blackjack game is still creating a debate among researchers. Some say the origin Blackjack is the Chinese merchants of China tried to use it as an item for exchange of goods. But most of them agree that the roots of blackjack appeared 17 century in France, where it is called "Vingt-et-un", which when translated means twenty. One theory also makes the rounds is that the Blackjack was invented by the Romans. It is believed that the Romans used to play this game with blocks wood of different numerical values. This theory has some weight as the Romans loved games of chance, but not confirmed yet.
After of the French Revolution the game gradually spread to North America by French colonists. At first, it was not popular, home to gambling treaty offering bonus payouts to get the players to the tables. Ten to one payment is one of the premium examples of the gambling houses offered. The payment would be if the players' hands is the ace of spades and a black cat. And shortly after that was played throughout the continent and the game gained popularity since no laws prohibited card games during that time.
