Laura asks…
Is there a Company that would buy China dish replacements.?
I'm looking for some company that would buy rather than sell items similar to replacements.com I have several old collectiblesof mostly dishes that I would like to sell but don't want to put each item on e-bay.

Ling answers:
Replacements.com buys items from private individuals every day. It is where they get their inventory. Naturally, the prices they pay are lower because they are in a business that requires them to pay their overhead and make a profit. This is not a hobby to them and they have been very successful. In business since 1981, they are known worldwide.
I suggest that you revisit their site and see what kind of offer you get for your items. Keep in mind that unless you have some truely rare and valuable items, you probably won't get much more for them anywhere else, especially if you want to sell them soon.
Good luck with the sale of your china items.

Susan asks…
Does any one know a site that buys china dishes similar to replacements.com?

Ling answers:
Have you thought of eBay?

John asks…
I would like to know more about my china dishes?
My Grandmother recently sent me her set of china. It's Four Crown China. The style is Primrose 621. I would like to find out a little more about it, like how old it is and how much it's worth. I'm not planning on selling it, I would just like to know.
I have 16 of each:
Tea Cups and Saucers
Salad Plates
Dinner Plates
Soup Bowls
Dessert Bowls
and I have 1 of each
Serving platter
Gravy Boat
Small Cream Pitcher
Small Sugar Bowl with lid.
I also only have one pepper shaker because the salt shaker broke years ago. I'm currently looking for a replacement.
I know I can get it appraised online but I can't find a place to do it for free. I was hoping someone on Yahoo Answers could be so kind as to help me figure out some of this.
I've asked my Grandma and she doesn't know. She said it was a gift and she's never figured it out.
Any help would be great. Thank you!

your service for 16 makes it a really nice set!!.... You might contact the ebay seller at China finders store and maybe they'll help you get that lost salt shaker!... Of course, that's easily replace with a crystal set!...
Hope this gets you going on your search....

Donald asks…
Dishes I bought at Sears. Name on bottom Bella and made in China. I want to know where I can find replacements
They are pastel yellows, blues and green. They look like an abstract painting. I would aquaint the style to Van Gogh.
Thanks for any suggestions or if you know where I can purchase them.
Thank you

Ling answers:

Helen asks…
Does any one know any thing about Sone China Company?
I was recently given some sone china spring wheat patten dishes. I know where to find replacements but would like to know more information about the company: like where they are from, how long in business and if still in business.
